Frequently Asked Questions.

Can I acquire the IPTV service if I am not eligible for satellite service?

As IPTV brings global programming to your TV through the internet, the need for a satellite dish is eliminated. Additionally, to be eligible, a high-speed internet connection of at least 15.0 Mbps or higher is required.

Is there a refund policy in place?

We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you can request a refund at any time, and we will process it within seven days.

Is there an Electronic Program Guide (EPG) included in your IPTV service?

Certainly, EPG (Electronic Program Guide) coverage is available for 80% of our channels. If you experience any challenges with the EPG, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

What is the bandwidth consumption of the IPTV stream?

Employing cutting-edge H.264 technology, our services ensure optimal compression and top-notch quality. The IPTV stream sizes typically hover around 8 Mbit. It's worth noting that when switching channels, the H.264 protocol may experience a temporary spike before displaying the picture. This underscores the importance of having a minimum internet connection speed of 16 Mbit, rising to 30 Mbit for HD channels.

What should I do if my channel is experiencing freezing issues?

If you encounter a pause while watching a channel, try selecting and opening another channel. Then, return to the original channel to check if it is now playing. This pause may occur due to a brief interruption in transmission, causing the software to temporarily halt.

What steps should I take if my account is not functioning properly?

Initially, please verify your network connection, restart both your router and device, and attempt to reconnect.

Subsequently, if your network connection remains stable, assess whether your account is concurrently in use on other devices, as it allows simultaneous viewing on multiple devices.

Is it possible to utilize my subscription on multiple devices?

Each subscription is designed for exclusive use on a single device. If you'd like to use our service on multiple devices, we suggest getting separate subscriptions for each device to ensure smooth viewing.

Upon making a payment, does my subscription become active right away?

Your subscription becomes active upon receiving your activation credentials via email. For instance, if you subscribed for 3 months on February 1st at 11:55 pm and received your activation credentials on February 2nd at 00:10 am, your subscription commences from February 2nd at 00:10 am, extending for the next 3 months.

How do I verify the speed and quality of my internet connection?

Kindly utilize the speed test server provided below to assess your internet connection. It is recommended to conduct multiple tests at different times throughout the day for a comprehensive understanding of your overall internet speed. Please note that a stable minimum speed of 16 Mbps is required for optimal performance.

If certain channels experience freezing, buffering, or intermittent issues, what should be done?

While the majority of our servers maintain stability, occasional freezing or disruptions in certain channels may occur for various reasons. It's important to note that these issues are typically temporary and our dedicated team of expert engineers is continuously working to resolve them. The common causes include fluctuations in customer internet, issues with the box/apps/customer setup, challenges with your ISP, temporary channel outages from the server end, and periodic server updates/restarts for performance enhancement conducted on a weekly basis.

Which payment methods are currently supported?

We welcome payments through PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Skrill, Neteller, Webmoney, Bitcoin, and various other cryptocurrencies.

What can be done if my channel is encountering buffering problems?

Buffering may occur due to low internet speed or high internet traffic.

Cause: The primary reason for buffering is often a slow internet connection, which can be attributed to low speed or excessive bandwidth usage by other users in your household.

If multiple users are active, consider disconnecting them and trying again. Another factor is the use of Wi-Fi, which may not be optimal for uninterrupted TV watching.

Resolution: For a smoother experience, connect directly to your router using a LAN (Ethernet) cable or a power-line adapter. If this isn't feasible, try relocating the box closer to the router. Adjust your Wi-Fi channel to minimize interference with nearby devices. In case of buffering, press "pause" for 10-15 seconds and then resume, often resolving the need for buffering.
